Having fun learning how to use Jamboard

Mrs Jones' Reading class have been learning how to use a new Google Drive app called Jamboard.  Jamboard is a little bit like padlet and it is so easy to use.  You click on the sticky note, write your text and then you can change the colour of your note.

In Reading we used Jamboard to write down all our prior knowledge about cat's whiskers.  We did this all at the same time on the same Jamboard.  We had a few issues with people deleting other people's notes but it was mainly because we were learning how it all worked.

This is our prior knowledge about cat's whiskers.  You can see we knew quite a lot to start with.

Then after we read our text about cat's whiskers we worked in small groups to record all the things we had learnt about cat's whiskers.

Here are our group Jamboards.  You can see we learnt a lot of new things about cat's whiskers after reading our first text.
